Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, USPS Priority Mail usually takes 2-3 business days while UPS Ground packages take around 5-6 business days. We also offer the convenience of local order pick-up from our home office in Ontario, California.
Shipping is calculated based on weight and your location. Most packages are sent via USPS. Heavier packages are shipped with UPS. For all heavier packages, we will do our best to ship flat rate when possible and refund you any overage in your shipping costs. If you would like an estimate of your shipping costs you are welcome to contact us for a quote.

We package many kits on a monthly basis and although we try very hard not to miss anything, it may happen on occasion. Please check your kit as soon as it arrives and if you are missing something, email us at info@paisleysandpolkadots.com. We will make every effort to replace the missing item.
We do our best to carefully package your shipment so that it arrives undamaged. Should you have any damages, please report them immediately to info@paisleysandpolkadots.com. We will replace any damages.
All orders are processed securely online through Shopify. You can select to pay with a Credit Card or with PayPal during checkout. PayPal accepts Debit cards, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover as well!
Yes, if you live in California. We operate in California and are required to collect 7.75% sales tax for all orders shipped within California.
