When will kits be shipped?
Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. We ship our orders via USPS Priority Mail which usually arrives in 2-3 business days after it has been sent. We also offer local order pick-up from our home office in Ontario, California.

What methods of payment do you accept?

All orders are processed securely online through our shopping cart. You can select to pay with a Credit Card or with PayPal during checkout. PayPal accepts Debit cards, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover as well!

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

Paisleys and Polka Dots operate out of the state of California and we are required to collect 7.75% sales tax for all orders shipped within California.

How much will shipping and handling cost me?

We ship all packages via USPS and for heavier packages we ship UPS. Shipping costs are determined by weight and zone.  Our system doesn't calculate flat rate shipping.  For all heavier packages, we will do our best to ship flat rate when possible and refund you any overage in your shipping costs. If you would like an estimate of your shipping costs you are welcome to contact us for a quote.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, all international orders are shipped USPS international first class mail up to the 4 pound shipping limit.  Above 4 pounds, packages are shipped USPS priority mail.  Shipping charges are based on weight and destination.   

What if my kit is missing something? 

We package many kits on a monthly basis and although we try very hard not to miss anything, it may happen on occasion. Please check your kit as soon as it arrives and if you are missing something, email us at info@paisleysandpolkadots.com. We will make every effort to replace the missing item.

What should I do if my kit arrives in damaged?

We do our best to carefully package your shipment so that it arrives undamaged. Should you have any damages, please report them immediately to info@paisleysandpolkadots.com. We will make every effort to correct the problem.

What is your return policy? 

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted. Please know that your complete satisfaction is our number one priority. Please contact us if you have any concerns or questions about your products or transaction. We will be happy to assist you.

How is my private information protected?

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we will never sell your information to a 3rd party and do not keep payment information. All payment transactions are conducted on and collected using 128 bit SSL encryption on secured servers using state of the art technology that meets all industry standards for security and is PCI compliant. We also accept payment via through PayPal, a secure internet funds transfer service.
